Premium built-ins are a different job from a big-box grill. The stainless is thicker and more visible, the burners and infrared systems are more precise, and the appliance is set into stone or cabinetry that has to be protected while we work.
Our Process
What we actually do
- Mask and protect surrounding stone, tile and cabinetry before any product is used
- Full teardown of grates, briquette trays or ceramic rods, and heat shields
- Remove carbon and grease from the firebox, burner tubes and interior walls
- Clear accessible burner ports and inspect ignition and infrared components
- Clean the grease tray and drain system completely
- Polish visible stainless with the grain, including doors, drawers and the vent hood exterior
- Reassemble, light every burner and confirm even heat distribution

- Do you service the surrounding appliances too?
- Yes. The Outdoor Kitchen Detail covers the grill plus up to four surrounding appliances or surface zones—side burner, vent hood exterior, refrigerator exterior, drawers and stainless surfaces.
- Will you scratch the stainless?
- No. Visible panels are hand-finished with the grain using non-abrasive products. Anything we can't safely address, we tell you about instead of guessing.
