By using thegrillbutler.com or booking a service with The Grill Butler ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms.
Services and pricing
- Prices are published on our website and are based on grill width (measured across the closed lid) or grill type. Texas sales tax is added.
- If the grill size or type on arrival differs from your booking, we will discuss and approve any price change with you before work begins.
- If we arrive and your grill cannot be cleaned, a $149 travel/inspection fee applies. Please text photos before booking if your grill is in rough shape.
Booking and scheduling
Submitting a booking is a request. Your appointment is set once we confirm it. Arrival windows are estimates, and time on site varies with your grill's condition.
Property access
By booking, you authorize The Grill Butler and its technicians to enter your backyard or designated outdoor area to access and service your grill, whether or not you are home. You are responsible for providing accurate access instructions, a safe work area, and access to an outdoor electrical outlet and water spigot. Please secure pets during the visit.
Results
Some carbon, discoloration or rust may be impossible to remove. We are not a grill restoration company, and rust that is present before cleaning will very likely remain. Results depend on the brand and condition of the grill.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy with your cleaning, contact us promptly and we will work to make it right.
Liability
We are fully insured and take care with your property. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or failure of parts that were already worn or defective. Please tell us about any concerns right after your service.

Website content, photos and branding belong to The Grill Butler and may not be copied without permission. Information on the site, including chat answers, is provided for general guidance and may change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
